High-Performance Barrier & Durability Films ⋆
PET (Polyester)
PA (Nylon)
Extremely high strength, rigidity, and clarity, with good temperature resistance. Often used for high-end gifts, electronics, and food packaging requiring retort processing, serving as the middle layer for structural support.
Outstanding puncture resistance, impact strength, and oxygen barrier properties. Especially suitable for packaging boned meat products, frozen foods, nuts, and heavy items, ensuring they remain intact during transit.
CPP (Cast Polypropylene)
OPP COEX
Excellent heat seal performance, clarity, and high-temperature resistance. Primarily used as the inner heat-seal layer of packaging bags, such as for retort pouches, face mask packs, etc.
It provides lightweight, heat-sealable packaging for snacks like chips and biscuits, and is used for both twist-wrap and flat pouches for various candies and chocolates. In the tissue industry, it forms high-transparency, self-sealing wraps for napkins. Its excellent conformability makes it ideal for labels and shrink sleeves on beverages, and it is utilized in gift and stationery packaging to boost aesthetic appeal with its gloss or matte finishes.
OPP MATTE
Features a matte surface with a delicate, smooth texture, delivering a premium and elegant visual appeal. Widely used in luxury goods, cosmetics, tea, and high-end food packaging to elevate brand image.
PAPER PE (Lamination)
Perfectly combines the stiffness and writability of paper with the moisture resistance and heat-sealability of PE film. An ideal material for coffee bags, bread bags, takeaway packaging, and eco-friendly carry bags.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Offers a wide range of rigidity and flexibility, high transparency, and good processability. Commonly used for making blister packs for cosmetics and stationery, as well as various cards and membership cards.
High-End Barrier & Composite Materials
Metallized Film (VMPET/VMCPP)
A vacuum-metallized layer applied to a PET or CPP base, combining the barrier properties of aluminum with the flexibility of film, and imparting a luxurious metallic shine to packaging. A cost-effective choice for preserving aroma, moisture, and light protection for coffee, snacks, face masks, etc.
Pure Aluminum Foil
Provides the ultimate barrier performance (against light, oxygen, and moisture). The definitive choice for packaging milk powder, pharmaceuticals, high-end condiments, and foods requiring long-term preservation (e.g., cooked foods, nutritional products).
